Mardi gras
Mardi Gras is a holiday we celebrate in Louisiana, so I wanted to do a portrait session leaning towards this holiday. I had a blast getting everything set up for this session and getting to photograph my cousin who is from Louisian as well made it a special portrait session.

In 2020 during covid when we were in lockdown and couldn't go anywhere so we decided to photograph this session in the backyard. It was a lot of fun with the paint and ideas we had. I am a creative and artsy person and so is she, so this session fit us both as artist and her sister helped pour the paint on her which was fun to watch.
