Smolen family

This family session was photographed in Celebration, FL. It was a cloudy afternoon but thankfully it didn't rain on us!

Sometimes when it comes to little kids during a family session you have to move how they want to move and make the session work with how they want. It is not always going to go as planned; however, I am always going to have patience and try to make sure your little ones are comfortable and having fun.

There are always poses and actions I wanted to get, however that doesn't always happen when there are kids around, so we have to work with the little ones as best as we could. Try to let them play and get candid photos as well. Sometimes they don't want to look at the camera or be held or hold hands but first I have to make sure they feel comfortable and see how they want to move throughout the session. No one is perfect so sometimes the candid non corporate photos are the ones to look back on and laugh about.
